Estate Agents that will change all of your perceptions of Estate Agents. The whole team are brilliant and from start to finish we felt that they really looked after us and Peter really had the expertise to sell our flat over asking price in stagnant market. He really knows his stuff with no fluff - Peter and Drew are both brilliant, and easy to reach and unlike other agents they have the most proactive Sales Agent to really push your sale through. Lauretta we couldn't have done it without you - your relentless determination is such an asset to the agency - our sale had lots of complications and delays but having someone pushing internally across both sides ensured we hit the deadline before the mortgage offer expired. Wouldn't hesitate in using Location Location again - there is a reason they are the best in the area and it's largely due to such a knowledgeable and competent team!

We had an excellent experience buying through Location Location. The process itself was complex at times, but the team, especially Lauretta, went above and beyond to help us get it over the line. Lauretta kept us consistently updated, stepped in to move things along with other parties, and made a stressful experience feel far more manageable. We really appreciated her insight and positive attitude throughout. Ella, who assisted us with viewings, was also fantastic. Highly recommend working with Location Location if you are buying. As a first time buyer the process of purchasing my first property was completely new for me. From my first viewing all the was to completion LL were very knowledgeable and always approachable. I had the pleasure of working with Osh, Drew and Lauretta all of whom were very professional and super responsive through all communication channels. The team made a daunting process feel stress free by being proactive with constant updates. There was even a lovely bow tied on my brand new door on the day of completion which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend LL for anyone buying in the area.

Peter actually sold us our house five years ago and was a huge help at the time, so it felt very fitting that he has now helped us sell the property again. Peter, Lauretta and Ella were absolutely amazing throughout. They really looked after us, guided us through the process and secured us a great result. We felt in very safe hands from start to finish. I’ve sold a few properties and dealt with a lot of agents, and Location Location Estate Agents are by far the best I’ve worked with. Peter (Sales Director) came in with a clear strategy and gave a completely honest, no-BS valuation. Other agents priced the property higher, but it would have stalled the sale, Peter got it right. He’s responsive, respectful, and just a genuinely good person to deal with. Lauretta was also incredible. She handled the sales progression and worked relentlessly with the buyers to get everything over the line in a tight timeframe. Always available, always on it, and I felt properly listened to throughout. The whole team was efficient and easy to work with. If you’re selling in N16, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re not the cheapest, but you absolutely get what you pay for.

We’ve had a really positive experience renting through Location Location. As a young family, it felt like many agents would have overlooked us, but Kristina took a chance on us and we’re so grateful she did! Since then they’ve been great — friendly, helpful, responsive, and genuinely easy to deal with. Definitely not your stereotypical estate agent! Highly recommended. A really well-drilled, expert and friendly team. I had an exceptionally efficient and reassuring housebuying experience (as a first-time buyer), with instant access to the team and informed guidance throughout. Anna in particular helped oversee the entire process and supported by Ella, Oisin and Lauretta, formed a brilliant team. And on a personal note, they are all super warm, genuine, friendly and positive to deal with - which really sets them above and made it a really supportive experience throughout, right up to picking up my keys - so I can see how this would be of real benefit and reassurance to a seller too.
