A lettings expert whose social media posts have amassed millions of views has joined the ethical estate agency Location Location.
Megan Eighteen, a regional executive for Propertymark, has left her role as Business Development Manager at Haslams to join the award-winning Hackney-based agency as Operations Director.
The appointment follows years of mentorship with Location Location’s Managing Director Vicky Bibiris.

Her expertise in training and development and her status as someone who advocates for landlords at a national level makes her the ideal person to inspire and lead our lettings team. She’s a true innovator and a talented marketeer who has mastered the art of driving new business and engaging with customers through social media.

Two years ago, Location Location launched a second branch in Thetford, Norfolk focusing on sales and it’s hoped Megan will oversee its expansion into lettings.
Megan said: “Location Location are well known in the industry for their commitment to high performance, culture and personal and professional training – I’m known for bringing in training for qualifications; together we’ll be indestructible.
“I’ve spent my whole adult life working in every department of the property business; from admin and property management to valuation and business development. Vicky and I have talked about working together for some time so I’m really excited it’s actually happening.

Megan built a huge personal brand through Tiktok, amassing more than 10,400 followers and millions of views – many of her posts go viral. Her personable and quirky approach sees her involving her three pet Corgis. She’s a respected voice for the lettings industry and has been featured on BBC Radio 5 Live and in the Sunday Times. She’s also an ambassador for Agents Together.
Location Location is part of the Ethical Agency Network. In 2019 they were crowned Best Overall Estate Agency in the country for Sales and Lettings at the EA Masters and they received gold awards for both Sales and Lettings in 2022. The company was founded in Stoke Newington in 2006 by local businessman Asad Riaz.
The agency, whose HQ is based in Stoke Newington, has a strong ethical and community presence; it’s a permanent donation point for the local food bank and helps run the Winter Toy Appeal – collecting 5,000 new toys for children in poverty at Christmas.
