A Local Movement
Born out of a love for the neighbourhood, See You in Stokey was launched by local traders in partnership with Hackney Council. The message is simple: Stoke Newington is open, thriving, and ready to welcome you.
Heidi from Earlybird Cards captures the spirit best: “There’s a strong sense of community amongst the traders here… See You in Stokey is our way of urging people to make a conscious decision to shop local.”
A Feast of Food, Culture, and Creativity
Between the High Street and Church Street, you’ll find a kaleidoscope of global flavours, one-off gift shops, bookshops, vintage fashion, and homegrown cafés. It’s a neighbourhood that champions creativity and community in equal measure – with events, pop-ups and festivals throughout the year.
