For over a decade, we’ve been proud to support Hackney Foodbank, a vital charity working to combat hunger and poverty in our community. As a designated drop-off point, our office has collected over 4 tonnes of food, directly benefiting those in need. Since September 2024, we’ve been matching all donations made, helping to get even more food to those who need it.
About Hackney Foodbank
Founded in 2012, Hackney Foodbank aims to create a hunger-free Hackney where everyone can afford to eat. They provide emergency food supplies and connect individuals to local organisations that address the root causes of poverty. In 2023 alone, Hackney Foodbank distributed 211,256 kg of food
The demand for Hackney Foodbank’s services has significantly increased. In 2024, the charity distributed the equivalent of 250,000 meals across its six distribution centres and mobile food bank, marking a 30% rise in demand compared to previous years.
